Ask what the percentage is calculated on
Your proposal should make clear the commission percentage and its calculation basis, including how platform fees, cleaning charges and any adjustments are treated. A headline percentage alone does not tell you the final charge.
Ask for the calculation to be explained using the arrangement proposed for your home. The agreed terms, rather than a generic website example, should guide your decision.
Understand the management work
Our service can cover listing presentation, rates and availability, booking administration, guest communication, arrival arrangements, cleaning and linen coordination, property care and owner updates. The full management breakdown explains the everyday work in more detail.
Discuss whether you need the full service or a particular co-hosting arrangement. Make sure any work you will continue to handle yourself is clear.
Separate coordination from outside costs
The management percentage covers our management and coordination. Cleaning is generally charged to guests. Repairs, replacement items, supplies, professional photography and other external costs are discussed and agreed separately.
Before starting, establish who authorises work, how urgent problems are handled and how charges will be communicated. This gives both sides a practical process when something needs attention.
