MrBNB Cyprus uses the contact, property and stay details you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss property management or help arrange a stay. Stay requests include your chosen property, dates and guest count; a request does not create a reservation. When you submit an enquiry or stay-request form, these details are sent to Formspree, which processes and stores the submission and sends an email notification to MrBNB. See Formspree’s privacy policy .
If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, your details are included in a draft in that service. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own privacy policies.
Optional live chat
We use Tawk.to for live chat and visitor monitoring. It loads automatically when you visit unless you have switched it off in this browser. Tawk.to may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, chat messages and any contact details you provide. We use this information to answer questions and understand visits to our website. Your enquiry-form details are not automatically shared with Tawk.to.
When live chat is active, we also send Tawk.to simple interaction labels, such as a contact-link click or confirmation that an enquiry was sent. These labels contain no enquiry text, name, email, phone number or property details. They help us understand which contact options visitors use.
